What is Check in Check Out Time?
Check in is at 12pm, check out is at 11am.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
Smoking is allowed in the parking area & inside the smoking rooms
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
As we do have a full restaurant, due to hygine reasons, we only allow tea/coffee inside room, all food items are requested to be consumed in our dedicated restaurant area.
Do you have a pool?
No, we don’t have a pool
How do I get to the hotel?
You can have multiple options to reach our hotel, best is to book Ola/Uber/Rapido
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
You have to reach out to your booking partner, we can't do any changes for a third party booking.
Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
we don’t have cribs or playards, but we can certainly provide one additional bed on request at a charge.
Is my ID required at check in?
Yes, this is by law, we need to ensure to take a copy of your valid Govt. ID at the time of checkin.
Can I check in with my debit card?
Yes, you can.
What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
You can make, cash, bank transfer, credit card payment & all UPI payments are accepted
